Hello, I'm looking for a way to capture and playback four cameras on-set for VTR setup. My thoughts are four ultrastudio mini HD to m1 mac studio max and vmix/Qtake software. Would this setup work?

I’m using a MacBook m2 I’m connecting this via usb,,, it shows connected when setting up connection, but the buttons won’t show up,,,

can the replay editor replace the speed editor and the editor keyboard?

Can it recored the feed or ISO?

Can you buy multiple recievers and it will receive it as well?

This only works if you have a SDI switcher to pass time sync, as well as a ultrastudio 4k mini for capturing the multiview and displaying it in resolve. Which means my hdmi extreme iso wont work. Have to buy sdi switcher and ultrastudio 4k mini to make this work.

How are you getting key/fill into the Extreme from the Ultrastudio? Are you using two SDI to HDMI converters?

Good video. Just a side note. While broadcasting live, with the steps you had to take to go back with the mouse and choose the cameras etc, is just way too slow. Are there physical buttons on the Davinci Resolve Replay that take you back to the camera angles and physical buttons for each separate camera?

So, what SSD are you using for ISOrecording and Play, and how is it connected? And can it be connected in some other way? Thank you.

I think you missed one cool and (for some of us) important point. Showcasing the eye-ball diagram for the sdi to hdmi version. I myself bought the SDI to HDMI unit mainly for the eye-ball diagram for validating signal integrity, as an alternative to much more expensive gear. Clearly, this is not on the level of some PHABRIX devices or the Digital Forecast Bridge X_TS. But for superficial cable testing, the eye-ball diagram is helpful for detecting potential signal degradation and/or faulty cables.

I have been a Kinefinity customer for 2 years, and during this time, the cameras have shut down during interviews, sometimes taking a long time to turn on, until in September of last year, the MAVO Edge 8K arrived on set and wouldn't turn on. I had to send it for repair, the insured shipment cost me 303 euros, and I was without the camera until December. Thanks to gafpagear, who were the only ones interested in resolving the situation, and managed to lend me an inferior model so I could continue filming, as Kinefinity had no similar camera to lend. I tested the camera in the office, and it was fine. Yesterday, on the first day of shooting, after 5 minutes of recording, the monitor started having glitches, the image disappeared and reappeared, and after that, the camera shut down and wouldn't turn back on. In my opinion, these cameras overheat during long takes, such as interviews, and cannot handle the temperature. Yesterday, thanks to Kinefinity, I lost one of my most important clients, because in a production where we have interviewees, a set, and technicians, we were unable to meet what had been planned due to the failure of Camera A. The image quality of these cameras is incredible, but their instability leads me to say that this brand cannot be considered in the professional market. I want to make it clear that Gafpagear has always been tireless in resolving my issues. However, things did not go well because Kinefinity is a brand that shows no consideration for its customers. Therefore, I say, if you work professionally and depend on a camera to make a living, this brand is not reliable.

Is the blackmagic 2110 implementation/codec compatible with other vendors? For example, would the Panasonic AW-UE160 with 2110 work with the Blackmagic 2110 inputs?

I have purchased Title pro 7 couple of years ago, (7.8.221111) now its asking me to activate, I have been using it with Grass Valley Edius 9 with no issues. The latest version 7.9.231017 does not work with Edius 9, which is OK with me to use the older version. Do you know the reason why I am asked to activate (7.8.221111) ?
